The purpose of the Young Voices is to strengthen young people’s awareness that they have a voice that is worth hearing. Young people are trained to make his message clear and communicating the best possible price. The Tunisian and Danish scouts must practice how to get out with their message and engage in debates with arguments that demonstrate knowledge of their opponent and a thorough knowledge of the topic.
Young Voices is about creating understanding of advocacy, democracy, dialogue and communication among young people. The training provides participants with the skills to participate in debates, to argue his case, to network and use social media to spread its message out. They are taught advocacy and theories of change, so that they can take part in society and make a real difference. With training in advocacy, scouts will be able to initiate and participate actively in the public debate on issues such as gender, youth, rights and volunteering.
The purpose of the Young Voices is also to ensure that the entire flow of the project development, messages and concrete success stories and messages and key elements from the other four sub-projects will be communicated to the population. In Tunisia, a group of scouts trained in journalistic methods and traveling around to document and report on the flow of the project development and success.
