Organisational strategy proces
The project aims to develop the ability to create organizational strategies in both Denmark and Tunisia. This, by improving capabilities for strategy development in organizations, so as to develop sustainable organizational strategies for the future. The project will strengthen the organizations’ ability to act as platforms involving young. Strategies must clarify how young people can participate and influence the development of both the organizational and social context.
The project will thus strengthen the organizations’ capacity to act as platforms for youth involvement by providing a clear and transparent strategy that outlines how young people can participate and influence the development of both organizational and societal level.
